Last week, SouthPeak Interactive reported their financial results for the last half of 2009. It was reported in their financial statements that they paid $0 for intellectual property licenses during that time period. If this information is true – and we believe it to be true – then it means that SouthPeak Interactive was able to acquire the TNA video game license from the now-defunct Midway games for free. Talk about a good deal!

it’s a bad deal considering how much the TNA video game sucked.. why even bother? even free is still a bad deal for southpeak….
