“The BadBoy” Joey Janela and “The MurderHawk Monster” Lance Archer started brawling at ringside and had to be separated. Jake “the Snake” Roberts stood by laughing deviously. They’ll have to save it for next week’s episode of DYNAMITE and FYTER FEST: NIGHT 2!
Next was the AEW Women’s World Championship match with Hikaru Shida defending against “The SuperBad Girl” Penelope Ford (with “SuperBad” Kip Sabian)!
“Hikaru Shida looks like a star and wrestles like a star,” noted Chris Jericho.

“A tremendous defense of the AEW Women’s World Championship!” said Excalibur.
“Shida may have won, but that’s the best match Penelope Ford has had in her career. Amazing!” said Chris Jericho.
It was time for the AEW TNT Championship match with “The American Nightmare” Cody (with “Nightmare Family” coach Arn Anderson) defending against the Inner Circle’s Jake Hager (with Catalina Hager)!
Hager caught Cody’s boot and powered the champ away to create separation.
“Cody is lucky he didn’t hurt his neck on that fall,” said Jericho.

“Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy brought a chair out and sat at the broadcast table. Cassidy casually put his feet up.

Taz and “The Machine” Brian Cage were out next!
“Now the world has found out what we know, that on July 15th, at FIGHT FOR THE FALLEN, ‘The Machine’ will fight Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship. Mox, you have a case of one thing: it’s the chickens—ts. You are afraid of ‘The Machine’ and you should be. Who better than Brian Cage to be the AEW World Champion,” said Taz.

Hangman clobbered Trent with the Buckshot Lariat and finished it off for the pin!
“Man, Page pulled that one out for his team in the bottom of the ninth,” said Jim Ross.
#FTR walked down to the ring. They offered cold beer to Page and Omega after the match. #FTR wanted to celebrate with the champs but Omega took the beer bottle and spilled it, emptying the entire thing onto the floor. #FTR were insulted by the gesture but The Young Bucks ran down to the ring to explain to #FTR that Kenny Omega didn’t mean to insult them, but he doesn’t drink alcohol. The air was thick and it was getting tense as the Bucks tried to cool off the situation!
