During tonight’s coverage of TNA Wrestling’s annual Bound for Glory pay-per-view, the wrestling promotion received a nice increase in search engine activity on the number one search engine – Google. As of the time of this writing (slightly before midnight on Sunday, October 10, 2010), TNA Wrestling is trending at number 11 on Google Trends. The Google Trends service is reporting that TNA Wrestling peaked in today’s search engine trends at about 9:00pm EST and that the term people were searching for was, “tna bound for glory 2010.”
And, in fact, right now the search phrase, “bound for glory results” is trending at number 8 overall. This is a pretty impressive feat for TNA Wrestling.
In fact, if you’re employed by TNA Wrestling, you have to be pretty pleased with this result since Google Trends is one of the major indicators of popularity on the interwebs these days. Stay tuned for more post-Bound for Glory information on TNA Wrestling.
