- The Great Khali will be undergoing knee surgery soon. An angle was shot at last night’s SmackDown tapings to write Khali out of the WWE storylines. Kane hit Khali over the head with a ring bell and then worked over his left leg with the steel steps. Khali was taken out of the arena on a stretcher.

It’s been talked about among other WWE talents lately that Khali’s knee would need surgery and after the angle at the tapings last night, it looks like this is true.
