– Both Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin are in Vancouver working on their new respective films, The Tooth Fairy and Damage.
– Attorneys representing Scott “Raven” Levy, Chris “Kanyon” Klucsarit and Mike Sanders requested and received a second time extension to respond to World Wrestling Entertainment’s attempt to dismiss the lawsuit against the company for its classification of professional wrestling talent as Independent Contractors. The latest extension gives the group until Monday, December 8th to respond to WWE. This is their second request for an extension for time, following an extension through November 10.
– The New York Post noted in today’s column the report on WWE signing David “Punk” Otunga of I Love New York fame to a developmental contract. Otunga is engaged to Jennifer Hudson, hence the publicity.
