“Nick Bollea is set to be released Tuesday from the Pinellas County Jail. He was supposed to serve eight months behind bars but his good behavior earned him an early release. The Pinellas County sheriff says Bollea will leave sometime after midnight. Bollea pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge May 9. The charges stemmed from a car crash August 26, 2007, which left Bollea’s passenger, John Graziano, with severe brain damage.”
