There has been very little buzz backstage in TNA about Bobby Lashley signing with the company. TNA management is still hopeful that he will sign with them because they see him as another big name with some star power. Lashley has also been in talks with the NWE promotion that runs in Spain and AAA out of Mexico.
Lashley has in fact been doing MMA training, but Kurt Angle and Booker T have been doing their best to recruit him for TNA. Angle has sounded very confident when talking about the odds of bringing Lashley in.
Most sources within TNA assume it’s only a matter of time before Lashley joins the roster, and the question is “when”, not “if”.
