		<description>Hey Bob- GREAT NEWS!!  I just read a report about the Cow Palace being spared!  Apparently the state Senate's Agriculture Committee, voted 4-1 to approve a revised measure of the original bill.  It will only affect one of the venue's overflow parking lots, instead of the entire 68-acre facility.
